Privacy & cookies
This page explains what grafomem.com does with data about you. There are two things: Google Ads conversion measurement, which runs only if you accept it, and Plausible analytics, which is cookieless and stores no personal data.
1. Who is responsible

The GRAFOMEM runtime and the Grafomem Memory Protocol are open source and stewarded by GNS Foundation. Ulissy S.R.L. builds and markets the commercial products around them, which is why it is the controller for advertising measurement on this site.
2. Google Ads conversion measurement (only with your consent)
Purpose. To learn whether our Google Ads work. We count one thing: that a visitor copied the install command shown on the homepage.
What happens, and when. Nothing from Google is loaded until you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you accept, the Google tag (gtag.js) is loaded from Google, Google may set first-party cookies on grafomem.com (the _gcl_* family, for example _gcl_au), and when you copy the install command one conversion event is sent to Google. That event carries the page address, the time, the fact that the command was copied, and, if you arrived by clicking one of our ads, the click identifier Google attached to that ad. We do not send your name, e-mail address or the contents of your clipboard.
Legal basis. Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive as implemented by Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code). You can refuse with one click, and refusing does not limit your use of the site in any way.
Recipient. Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google may process this data on servers outside the EEA, including in the United States, relying on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Google's own terms and privacy policy apply to its processing: Google Ads Data Processing Terms and Google Privacy Policy.
Retention. Per Google Ads defaults: Google's conversion cookies on this site expire after at most 90 days, and conversion data inside Google Ads is retained for the periods Google publishes. We keep no copy of this data ourselves.
How to withdraw consent. Click Cookie settings in the footer of the homepage and choose Reject. Withdrawal takes effect immediately for this site: no further data is sent to Google and we remove the Google Ads cookies we can reach. You can also clear this site's data in your browser. Your choice is stored on your device (in localStorage under grafomem-consent); we do not keep a record of it on our side.
3. Plausible analytics (cookieless)
We use Plausible, an EU-hosted analytics service, to count page views. Plausible sets no cookies and stores no personal data: it works with aggregate counts, and the raw request data is not retained in a form that identifies you. Because no personal data is stored and no identifier is placed on your device, this does not require consent and is not affected by the cookie banner. See Plausible's data policy.
4. Anything else?
The site is static. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The certification form on the Certify page sends what you type to us by e-mail through a form relay; that is described next to the form. There is no other tracking, no advertising network other than the measurement described above, and no sale of data.
5. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise them, write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of your own EU member state.
6. Changes
If we change what we measure or how, we update this page and, where the change needs it, ask for your consent again.
